The values in mentoring people as an individual is to reflect the character of Jesus and be a spirit empowered model of Christ.
This way, we need to acknowledge servants first and leaders second.

The kids are led by too many donts. They recognize wrongness, but are taught boundaries of before righteous incentive. They are limited. Creative thoughts are castrated.

Because you only focus on what you look for. Your brain gets excited and get power the moment it knows what direction it is about to take. Decide  your exact deadline when you will achieve it. Also, ascertain what you want to sacrifice .
