 Sleep is important. It regulates your body etc. 



Thus, Sleep deprivation is detrimental to personal health, triggering a collapse in national and cultural health. The country wholly functions on the age group of 20~50. These are the builders of the nation who are responsible for incubating new ideas and the realisation of progression. Even if 1% of the key population above lose their performance due to loss of health through lack of sleep, the nation loses its potential growth. 

This is why It is atrocious that sleep deprivation has become a trend. A trend that is too common amongst the prime group of citizens the country relies on for change. It can be considered a crime when you don't take care of the body, for it is not just your own. You exist in a society that does not need more self-harming and immature incompetents. Your health is your community's benefit, and your benefit. Sleep well.
