cities are space based, no concept of stability

CELESTIAL AUTHORITY: RESTRUCTURING THE WHOLE FABRIC

Time is not a social construct, people age not according to clock time, we will progress in a very different way, not civilisation like now.
IN A WORLD WHERE TIME ISN'T A CONSTRUCT, THE SOCIAL CONSTRUCT WILL BE DIFFERENT???

Technically bredlik is four lines (two rhyming couplets) in iambic tetrameter, or two stanzas of four lines each in iambic diameter with an ABCB rhyme scheme.
